Young Offenders

We are currently working alongside Flintshire County Council Young Offender’s Team offering opportunities to allow young offenders to work within the community. They are currently working on a project on our cellar, refurbishing it so that it can be opened as a youth group for the community on Saturday nights and a recreational room for the young offenders. This project has been funded by P.A.C.T. (Police Action Community Group)

This is a great chance to show off our community, there will be many guests coming along from local council, businesses and community bodies.

Communities First

We as a church have strong links with Community First group within Flintshire, allowing our centre to be used as a meeting place and a centre for them to run some of their activities. We are also currently looking at becoming an IT centre with Communities@one.

Flintshire drop-in group (mental health)

A group has been set up by members of the community to meet once a week on a Sunday, 2pm, as a support group.  This group helps people who are suffering or recovering from mental health problems.

Life style groups

Life style groups will be launching very shortly within our centre and will be funded by a government initiative programme.   Offering support, guidance, advice to families in the local area on issues such as healthily diet, raising a family.
